Canada Day Schedule for Trucked-Services
June 30th, 2020 – Iqaluit, Nunavut
The City would like to advise residents that trucked-services will not run on Canada Day Wednesday, July 1st, 2020.
Please be advised of the following alternate schedule.
Water and Sewer Truck services:
Tuesday, June 30, 2020 – Regular service (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Wednesday, July 1, 2020 – Off for Holiday
Thursday, July 2, 2020 – 6:00 am start
Friday July 3, 2020 – Regular service (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Residential Garbage service:
Tuesday, June 30, 2020 – Regular pick-up as well as the 4100’s
Wednesday, July 1, 2020 – Off for Holiday
Thursday, July 2, 2020 – 6:00 AM start for 400’s, 500’s, 1600’s, and regular Thursday route
Friday, July 3, 2020 – Continuation of Thursday route and Friday route
Residents requesting water delivery on Wednesday, July 1st may call the City’s dispatch service at 867-979-5650, from 8 AM to 4 PM. A service charge of $250 will be applied for emergency delivery.
City Hall buildings will reopen to the public on Friday, July 3nd, 2020.
