Notice of Assessment – 2024 Tax Assessment (2025 Tax Year)
February 25, 2025 – Iqaluit, Nunavut

The City of Iqaluit has mailed out the 2024 Tax Assessment Notices for the 2025 Tax Year as of January 31, 2025. These assessments apply to property owners and land leaseholders.

If you have not received your assessment notice by mail, you can request an electronic version by scanning the QR code below and completing the online form. Upon verification, a digital copy will be provided.

Upcoming Open House Sessions

In advance of the Board of Revisions meeting (May 1, 2025), City Staff and Nunavut’s assessment officers will be available to address any concerns, questions, or complaints, at the location and times below.

2025 Tax Open House Schedule:

March 3rd – 2pm to 6pm

March 4th – 9am to 12pm, 2pm to 6pm

March 5th – 9am to 12pm, 2pm to 6pm

March 6th – 9am to 12pm, 2pm to 6pm
