Reaching Home Program – Call for Proposals

March 6, 2025 – Iqaluit, Nunavut

The City of Iqaluit is pleased to announce that the Reaching Home team is now accepting proposals for funding to support projects aimed at preventing and reducing homelessness in Iqaluit for the 2025-2026 fiscal year. A total of $1,070,000 in funding is available for eligible activities under the following categories:

 

1. Housing Services
2. Prevention and Shelter Diversion
3. Client Support Services
4. Capital Investments
5. Coordination of Resources and Data Quality Improvement
6. Administration

 

The funding is provided through the Government of Canada’s Reaching Home Program and is administered by City of Iqaluit, designated Community Entity (CE).

 

Proposals must include a project description and a detailed budget. The deadline for submissions is Monday, March 31, 2025, with successful applicants being notified by April 30, 2025.
