Boil Water Advisory – All of Iqaluit
March 1, 2022 – Iqaluit, Nunavut
Please be advised that due to the value repair the City of Iqaluit is now issuing a boil water advisory for all residents.
The City recommends that all water used for consumption and dental hygiene is brought to a rolling boil for a minimum of one full minute. Water can boiled in a pot over the stove, allowed to cool and stored in a covered container or refrigerated for later use. It is also recommended that residents secure water ahead of time to avoid any major inconveniences during the period of the shutdown. The City of Iqaluit will release a Public Service Announcement when the boil water advisory is lifted.
