City looks for input for proposed improvements to the Apex Cemetery

The City of Iqaluit invites residents to send in input for proposed improvements to the Apex Cemetery.

The proposed improvements are part of the larger Apex Cemetery remediation project to address site issues related to drainage problems, water in graves and adapting to a changing climate.

The City would like your input for burial design options to reflect future burials at the Apex Cemetery. The City will accept feedback until March 5th at 4:30 p.m. through written email, mail and our info phone line. The collected information will be presented to City Council.

Visit the City website to download an information sheet with these options at: https://www.iqaluit.ca/content/apex-cemetery-consultation-info-sheet-eng...

Printed information sheets are available for pick-up at City Hall building #1085 during regular business hours.
