Drinking Water Update – Additional Potable Water Available

The City of Iqaluit has potable bottles of water available for residents this week. Bottled water will be available at these sites from 5:00PM to 7:00PM Monday to Friday, and 1:00PM to 4:00PM on Saturday.

Arctic Winter Games Complex
Wednesday, November 03, 2021 and Saturday, November 06, 2021

Household limits will be in effect throughout the water distribution. We recommend that this water be used for consumption only.

Residents are reminded to wear a mask, and that social distancing is required. Children are to be accompanied by an adult and require supervision at all times in water distribution areas due to the volume of vehicular traffic.

The City would also like to remind residents who are unable to pick water up from these locations that they can contact the Water Hotline at 867-979-5603, between the hours of 9AM and 5PM, Monday through Friday to arrange to have water delivered.
