Road Closure – John Amagoalik Lane in Apex

September 4, 2025 – Iqaluit, Nunavut

The City of Iqaluit would like to advise residents of a road closure on John Amagoalik Lane in Apex, from September 5 to 12, 2025.

This closure is required to safely facilitate cemetery upgrades, which include culvert installations and ditching work.

Road access will be closed to all vehicle traffic, however, there will be periodic times when limited access will be available. Residents are asked to follow all posted signage and instructions from workers on site.

The City thanks residents for their patience and cooperation during this important construction project.
