Road Closure on Nunavut Drive

Residents are advised of a road closure on Nunavut Drive from 12:00PM to 7:00PM on Monday, September 06, 2021 to allow for a small festival at the Franco-Centre.

Nunavut Drive from building #981 to #979 will be closed to traffic both ways. Nunavut Drive from building #979 to #969 will be limited access for resident of the area only.

Traffic detour signs will be in effect.

Road Closure near Airport

Residents are advised of a road closure by the airport from July 22 to July 25, 2021.

Ungalliqpaat Crescent will have detours in place that will reduce traffic through the airport area.

Residents are advised of a road closure for Nunavut Drive in front of the Curling Rink from Wednesday, July 14 to Friday, July 16 during the hours of 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Parking for those attending the vaccination clinic is available outside building 901.

Road Closure near Airport

Residents are advised of a road closure in North 40 by the airport from July 12 to July 19, 2021 to allow for a repair to our sewer infrastructure.

Ungalliqpaat Crescent from Federal road to the airport will be reduced to one lane traffic both ways.

Construction lights or a flagman will be in place to direct traffic.

Residents are advised of a road closure in Nunavut Drive, in the area of the Curling Rink is closed to all traffic effective immediately until 10:00 p.m Saturday June 19th 2021.

Parking for those attending the vaccination clinic is available outside building 901.

Residents are advised of a road closure in the Plateau from Wednesday, February 24 to March 10, 2021 to allow for a repair to our water infrastructure.

Qajisarvik Road from #5100 to #5101 will be closed to traffic both ways.

Residents are advised of a road closure in Lower Iqaluit from Wednesday, February 24 to March 3, 2021 to allow for a repair to our sewer infrastructure.

Nipisa Street from building #140 to #117 will be closed to traffic both ways.

Council will hold a Public Hearing​

This notice of Public Hearing is for General Plan By-Law #898 and Zoning By-Law #899. The Public Hearing will precede the Council Meeting on Tuesday March 9, 2021, where there will be a Second Reading of the Amending By-laws.
