Road Closure – Sinaa Street

July 21, 2025 – Iqaluit, Nunavut

 

The City of Iqaluit would like to advise residents of a temporary road closure on Sinaa Street from Wednesday, July 23 to Monday, July 28, 2025. This closure is necessary to prepare the roadway for paving work.

 

Local traffic will continue to have access to Sinaa Street throughout the duration of the work. The City asks drivers to follow all posted signage and traffic control personnel to ensure safety and smooth passage.

 

The roadwork area layout and traffic control plans are included below for reference.

 

We thank residents for their patience and cooperation as we work to improve local infrastructure.
